Refunds and Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We offer a no quibble return and exchange guarantee. We are confident that you will get what you want first time around, but if you don't, you can return it within 14 working days from receipt of the item. We will happily exchange the item for the correct item or issue you a full refund*. 


ONLINE ORDERS

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt*

  • Prior to returning the item you must contact us with your original order number. This can be done by either telephone or by emailing us.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Items must have all tags attached (This does not apply to products specially ordered, embroidered or altered, unless there is a fault with the embroidery.)
     

RETURNS BY POST

  • Items must be received within 5 working days of the returns being arranged, otherwise the returns request will be cancelled. 

  • You are responsible for the cost, risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should track and take out insurance to cover the cost.
     

REFUND OF DELIVERY CHARGES

  • We will only refund the cost of postage/shipping if we have made an error.

  • If items are damaged or lost in transit.


NOTES 

* Please note, you will need to send the items back to us in the condition you received them. Items must be unused, unworn, packaged in their original packaging with the labels included and not have been personalised.
